Our freeze-dried fruit is real, organic fruit that is diced and then frozen. After that, the fruit is placed in a vacuum chamber. The frozen water crystals evaporate directly from ice to water vapor in a process called sublimation. Once fruit has been freeze-dried, it has little to no moisture but retains all of its vitamins, nutrients and flavor.

Aside from creating incredibly tasty, super crunchy fruit, freeze-drying has a ton of benefits. Most importantly, freeze-dried fruit is shelf-stable for much longer than fresh fruit while retaining flavor and all bio-available vitamins, nutrients and minerals. Yes! The probiotic in our products, GanedenBC30, is very safe. The recommended daily dosage for this type of probiotic is 500 million cultures for immune health (1 serving of Tiny Yogurts), or 1 billion cultures for both digestive and immune health (1 serving of Tiny Gummies). However, because this probiotic is so safe, you and your child can eat more than the recommended dose (we already have a ton of naturally-occurring bacteria in our digestive system). However, it’s always smart to check with your child’s doctor before introducing a new probiotic.
