Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
1 cup Flax Milk
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Melted coconut oil or butter
1/4 cup Tiny Fruits of your choosing

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and melted oil

Step 2

Add pancake mix and whisk until smooth

Step 3

Add tiny fruits and mix

Step 4

Cook on hot skillet, about 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Serve.
