1 1/2 | cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix |
1 | cup Flax Milk |
2 | Eggs |
2 | tablespoons Melted coconut oil or butter |
1/4 | cup Tiny Fruits of your choosing |
In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and melted oil
Add pancake mix and whisk until smooth
Add tiny fruits and mix
Cook on hot skillet, about 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Serve.
