Apple Popcorn Balls
4 cups Pipcorn kettle popcorn
1/4 cup Justin's vanilla almond butter
1/4 cup madhava raw agave
1 cup Little Duck Organics apple freeze-dried fruit pieces
1 tbsp Salba Chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Steps:
Mix together popcorn, freeze-dried fruit, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a large bowl
Combine almond butter and agave in a small microwavable bowl and microwave for 10 seconds, stir and repeat
Pour on popcorn mix, slowly, mixing and stirring in more as needed
Continue to stir gently until clusters begin to form, then gently shape into balls by cupping hands *avoid pressing too hard*
Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy these super yummy treats
