Pumpkin Pie Spice Smoothie Recipe
This delectable, healthful smoothie is packed with vitamin A, potassium and fiber. Top each serving with some Tiny Fruits and a pinch of cinnamon if you like.
Ingredients

½ cup organic pumpkin puree fresh or canned

1 organic frozen banana

1 cup organic milk of your choosing

1 tablespoon organic pure maple syrup, more or less to taste

¼ tsp organic vanilla extract

¼ tsp organic pumpkin pie spice

½ cup ice

Handful of Little Duck Organics Tiny Fruits (I used Blueberry and Banana)
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glass and top with Tiny Fruits of your choosing.
